This monthly real estate report for the month of January 2013 from Tredyffrin/ Easttown townships show the increase in sales from 2012 and the decrease in inventory. These two trends are driving the current real estate market and turning it back to a Sellers market. This Spring market is shaping up to be a good one for Sellers, and Buyers should be aware that many houses that are in good condition and are priced well will have immediate interest and will not linger on the market.
